The base prices (exclusive of GST) for non standard situations are as follows:

- Capacity upgrade or downgrade – $200
- Customer Site Visit – other - $80
- Customer site visit – add meter – $200
- Customer site visit – combine meters – $200
- Customer site visit – Non Customer related fault – $0
- Customer site visit – meter accuracy test – $130.43
- Customer site visit – meter upgrade to Smart Meter – $0
- Customer site visit – meter upgrade to Smart Meter Import / Export – $0
- Customer site visit – meter upgrade to Legacy Meter Import / Export – $0
- Customer site visit – asbestos fee (includes meter upgrade fee) – $115
- Customer site visit – meter relocation – $182.61
- Customer site visit – meter removal (after decommission) – $0
- Customer site visit – meter phase change – $200
- Customer site visit – meter resealing fee – $130.43
- Customer site visit – new connection or livening – $234.78

If any non standard costs incurred by Ecotricity exceed the above amounts, Ecotricity reserves the right to recover the full amount from the customer.
